1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern https://demowan.com and the iOS app Qinlv, operated by Guangzhou Demo One Technology Co., Ltd. By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. The service

Qinlv is a practice planner and progress journal for piano learners. It is in development and is not yet distributed on the App Store. Features that ship will be those actually offered in the app.

We may update, pause, or change features and will give reasonable notice on this site or in the app. These terms are not a promise of a release date.

3. Accounts

If sign-in is enabled, keep your information accurate and your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us if you see something unusual.

4. Your content

You (or the rightful owner) keep rights in practice plans and notes you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to store, sync, back up, and display that content as needed to run the service.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content, and do not interfere with the service.

5. Our rights

Software, copy, marks, and design on the site and in the app belong to Guangzhou Demo One Technology Co., Ltd or their licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care to keep it stable and secure, but we are not liable beyond what the law requires for loss caused by networks, devices, third-party platforms, or events beyond our control. The app is not a substitute for professional music teaching or medical advice.

7. Ending the service

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end the service if you seriously breach these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Try to resolve disputes with us first. If that fails, courts at our domicile have jurisdiction.
